1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jeata9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the jeata9 website and associated services. By accessing the jeata9 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jeata9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, jeata9 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or via registered contact details. Continued use of the jeata9 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all services offered through jeata9, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes that may be operated from time to time. Any separate rules communicated in relation to a specific game, tournament, or promotion form part of these Terms and are to be read alongside them.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the jeata9 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeata9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

1.2 Language

The official and legally binding version of these Terms is written in English. Any translations or summaries provided for convenience are non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with jeata9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or operating as an agent for a third party.
• You do not already hold another active jeata9 account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of jeata9, nor are you a close relative of any such person.
• You have not been previously excluded from the jeata9 platform by way of self-exclusion, operator exclusion, or any other restriction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

jeata9 may require players to provide documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any time we have reason to believe an account may be held by an underage individual. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing date of birth.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18 following an age verification check, jeata9 will immediately and permanently close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposits made (less any winnings already withdrawn). jeata9 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jeata9 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one jeata9 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. If jeata9 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending bonuses may be forfeited without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeata9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeata9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection. Any activity carried out through your account whilst your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party due to your own failure to secure them — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeata9 support immediately at [email protected]. jeata9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account following any such report.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeata9 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jeata9 may result in a hold being placed on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or payment wallet — you must update your account profile promptly. jeata9 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or missed communications where account details are outdated or inaccurate.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jeata9 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to jeata9 are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jeata9 does not charge any fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to verify any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. jeata9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the deposit rejected.

4.2 Withdrawals

jeata9 aims to process withdrawal requests to Bangladeshi mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 15 minutes on average during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts or international card methods may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jeata9 account. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification checks, which may cause processing delays for players who have not yet completed identity verification.

jeata9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other irregular activity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold during any such review.

4.3 Bonus Balance & Wagering

Where a player account holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, bets are typically placed from the real-money balance first. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

If a jeata9 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months or more, an inactivity fee may be applied to the account balance. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fee is applied. It is your responsibility to maintain an active account or to withdraw your balance before an extended period of inactivity begins.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeata9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jeata9 carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. 5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, stated in the individual offer. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.3 Abuse & Exploitation

jeata9 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or any form of coordinated behaviour designed to circumvent bonus conditions. Players found to be abusing the bonus system may have their accounts suspended and all balances forfeited. jeata9's decision on bonus-related disputes is final.

5.4 Promotion Changes

jeata9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, jeata9 will endeavour to honour bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the jeata9 platform are governed by the specific rules of the game or betting market selected, together with the general rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

jeata9 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed table or market limits, bets placed after an event has started (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), or bets that jeata9 has reason to believe are placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on jeata9. These limits are displayed at each game table and within each betting market and may vary by game type, market, time of day, and player account status. jeata9 reserves the right to amend stake limits without notice.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display, jeata9 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. No claim shall lie against jeata9 for loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a bet voided under this provision. jeata9 does not accept liability for losses arising from system failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party game streams.

6.4 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits and to make use of jeata9's responsible gaming tools to ensure that gambling remains an enjoyable activity. jeata9 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to use available responsible gaming tools. 7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeata9 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting any information to jeata9 for financial gain.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one jeata9 account, whether under the same identity or a fabricated identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information in poker or coordinating bets to exploit bonuses.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with jeata9 games or the betting interface in place of manual player action.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to jeata9. jeata9 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may take legal action to recover funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the jeata9 platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. jeata9 actively monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jeata9's systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jeata9 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jeata9

jeata9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Where jeata9 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the financial integrity of jeata9.

Where an account is closed by jeata9 for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request self-exclusion from jeata9 at any time. Self-exclusion requests should be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". jeata9 will action all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours. 9. Liability & Disclaimer

The jeata9 platform and all services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeata9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, jeata9 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeata9 and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the jeata9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if jeata9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeata9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, for any cause and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games and live dealer content available on jeata9 are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jeata9 is not responsible for the content, operation, or technical performance of third-party game software beyond its contractual obligations to those studios. Any game-specific dispute should be raised with jeata9 support, who will liaise with the relevant studio on the player's behalf.

9.3 Internet Connectivity

jeata9 is not responsible for any loss suffered by a player due to internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, power outages, or any other circumstances outside jeata9's direct control that interrupt or prevent access to the platform or result in the disconnection of a player during an active game session.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of fairness and good faith as recognised in the relevant jurisdiction.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the jeata9 platform, you should contact the jeata9 support team in the first instance at [email protected]. jeata9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the jeata9 support team, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.

10.2 Final Decisions

jeata9's decisions on matters including but not limited to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account verification, account closure, and fraud investigations are made in good faith and are final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in clause 10.1 above. jeata9 will not be bound by the outcome of any unilateral chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a player outside of the formal dispute resolution process.
